Online chat support available in DJI Smart Farm App
A new chat support feature has been added to the DJI Smart Farm App. This feature will speed up technical support for all DJI Agras end users.
This support channel is dedicated to assisting the end user directly. Accessing the data menu of the DJI SmartFarm App allows you to easily connect with DJI online technical support team by clicking on the 'Online Support' button in the upper right corner. The feature's icon is displayed in the shape of a headset.
DJI's online support will be available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday. During these hours, a dedicated team of support professionals will be available to address questions and assist with product specifications and troubleshooting.
